Site 20 on lower block 4 is within walking distance to the recreation center, miniature golf course, playground, and Papa Bear Theater.  For longer walks, we often walk to summer concerts at the KK5 stage, the Meditation Point Chapel, and the awesome KK2 Viewpoint.

The site feels private with a forest in the back and a forested hillside on one side.

Completely remodeled Vintage 1970’s era Travel-Eze trailer and adjacent sunroom.  It has been redesigned in a Mid-Century Modern meets Modern Americana aesthetic by a professional interior designer.

A green metal roof covers the trailer and sunroom.  There is a 4×8 storage shed next to the sunroom and a large attic above the sunroom with an exterior door for access.

The sunroom, shed, and trailer cover were recently repainted.

Gutters with leaf screens were installed in 2022.

The newly stained front deck has two modern Adirondack chairs that match the green of the roof.

A barely used Outland Living Mega (24” diameter) propane firepit is included.

The entire trailer was resealed to keep moisture out and the walls and ceilings are clad with sheetrock to add thermal protection and a clean look.

All new PVC piping was installed by Proline Plumbing to upgrade the plumbing system.

LED kitchen and bathroom ceiling lighting are controlled by dimmers.

The brand-new kitchen cabinets are Wood-Mode with flush-face natural birch doors and wood dovetail drawers.  Lots of storage.  All cabinet drawers and doors are soft-close with matte black knobs and pulls.

Adorable black retro-style range, refrigerator, and microwave.  The black wall-mount hood above the range has LED lighting and a three-mode vent.  All manuals are stored in a desk drawer.

Appleply countertops with white laminate tops.  Tons of counter space.  Adorable and classic white penny round tile backsplash.

Large black single-bowl kitchen sink made of stone composite with a modern matte pull-out black faucet.

All new stoneware dinnerware, modern black flatware, drinkware, cookware, etc.

Large windows surround the custom-designed and built banquette with benches that have custom made seats and back cushions.  Flip-up bench tops reveal a ton of storage space.  An automatic lift table base with remote and wall control makes it easy to turn into a very comfortable queen-size bed.  Tabletop has a retro laminate with pops of color to coordinate with the rest of the décor.

New VCT flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.  Electric floor heating is an amazing addition in the kitchen and bathroom which is controlled by a thermostat.

There is a heater in the sunroom that can be controlled from an app (owners use Alexa) to heat it up prior to your arrival.

Puraflame Western 33 Electric fireplace controlled by a remote or a hidden panel on the unit.  Beautiful custom fireplace surround which was inspired by the suites at the Four Seasons Resort in Napa Valley.  The solid distressed wood mantle above the fireplace.  The electric fireplace can be pulled out to reveal plenty of storage within the surround for Christmas decorations and other items you may need occasionally.

Above the mantle is a 40-inch TV with a soundbar and subwoofer.  There is an Amazon Firestick to stream your favorite shows.

A modern ceiling fan was recently installed to keep the warm and cool air moving.

The sunroom has high-end Duchateau luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Beautiful Joybird Eliot sleeper (queen) sectional with a very comfortable “Air Dream” mattress.  The upholstery fabric is soft, durable, and stain-resistant.

The three-door wardrobe offers hanging storage as well as shelves for storing other items.

Utility closet at the entry to sunroom with a colorful door on sliding barn door hardware has an interior shelf and hooks for broom, stick vacuum, etc.

2” Bali faux wood blinds on all sunroom windows with beautiful cloth tape providing an upgraded appearance and covering the cords and route holes.

Modern side tables with internal outlets for charging phones and devices on each side of the sofa and a coffee table with two drawers.

A new shower base was installed with subway tile walls and a black stainless shampoo niche.  Matte black Kohler valve with a matte black hand shower that hangs from a bracket to be used as a regular showerhead.  Handmade shower curtain using stylish 70’s drapery fabric with matte black grommets.

The bathroom sink cabinet sits below the countertop and has a designer rectangular sink and a matte black faucet.
