This site needs to be viewed in person to be fully appreciated. It is a complete turnkey site with lots of upgrades. The site is centrally located with year-round access. You are within walking distance of all major activities: Dances, Pool, putt-putt golf, Papa Bear Theater, and, of course the kid’s park. You are also very close to the entrance which becomes very convenient when you need to let in and out guests.

What this site might lack in water and mountain view it more than makes up in convenience and one of the larger sites in camp. In the last two years, I added a boat shed for parking any water toys you have. I also built a 10’x20’ “shed”.  The trailer is a newer lightly used 2019 Keystone RV that is fully equipped including two separate AC units. Around the trailer is a newer (2020 build) cover-over trailer and a 16’ x 40’ covered deck. The lot as you can see from photos allows lots of parking which is a great amenity in camp. In addition, next to this lot is a courtesy lot that has only been used when I invited guests. So, like having an extra lot. Although lot is centrally located it is also in a quiet setting with garbage and additional restrooms literally next door to the lot

The trailer’s furniture has all been upgraded in last year. I recently added a new washer/dryer combo unit as well as added patio furniture. All fixtures and furnishing can be part of the sale if agreed to on price or will be removed, whatever the buyer chooses. Boat and Jet skis (1999 20’ Monterey and pair of jet skis) can also be negotiated in sale.

My kids are older now and not in the area so won’t get the use it deserves, so therefore allowing someone else the opportunity to enjoy it like we have.

Camp itself is made up of an amazing community of people, Year around activities are put on by the camp staff. You get full access to the lake. There is Moorage available. Long term on a waiting list and short-term that can be rented as needed. The lake is great for watersports and swimming. It is also known to be a great fishing lake.
