This is an amazing private, large site with a creek, space for multiple tents, plus wetlands behind – – and you can hear the sounds of the waterfall one site away! If you have kids in your life, they are going to love this site to play and explore. Or, if you are a nature lover, this site will delight you!
At the end of a cul-de-sac, the site gets very little traffic. A darling 29′ vintage trailer from 1979 is cozy and comfy, and includes a deck with cover and a storage shed. We absolutely love it here at this site but bought another site which is why we’re even open to letting this one go.
This site is conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk to pool, putt-putt, playground, laundry facilities, viewpoint at KK2, and more. If we could keep both sites, we would. Sad to let it go, but will be happy if someone else appreciates it as much as we do.
It is ready to move into and enjoy as is, with more improvements that can be made, including space to add more parking.
