The shower is nicer than most residential showers with subway tile walls and a stone/rock floor.

The entire ceiling of the trailer is beautiful blue spruce with dark stained beams.

In the upper portion of the outdoor space is a large flat area that can have multiple uses.

Comes with a Popup trailer. It is in excellent shape and sleeps 6 people. This is great for guests and or children to have their privacy while visiting.

The parking can accommodate 3 vehicles and a boat and still have the popup in its current location.
