The cabin includes a large, carpeted loft with hand-crafted rails and stairs constructed from beautiful vertical grain fir.  The loft also contains plenty of covered storage and a beautiful view of the lake.   In addition to the sunroom, the trailer itself provides a dining/sitting area, a full kitchen, a bathroom with a tile shower, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage.  All rooms are fully furnished.

On the deck, you will find a patio table and chairs, a bench, padded wicker rocking chairs, a Weber Genesis Grill, a wood-burning fire pit, and a gas fire pit.  The open wire rails contain Bluetooth-controlled wraparound lighting.

Utopia also includes a high-speed Wifi receiver, a walled, fully lit driveway, a wood crib, and an 8’x10’ shed containing a full set of tools, pegboard, numerous storage shelves, and everything necessary to maintain the property.
