Submitting an Offer: Offers are to be made and handled as follows: 1.8.1 Sales Agreement Form: Offers are to be on an LMCH-supplied equity sales form, which is to be provided by LMCH and completed by the buyers. 1.8.2 Buyers and Application for Membership: The names of the buyers on the offer must be those who will close on the site (no changes or additions) and must be either current LMCH members or others who will apply and be approved for membership by the Board of Directors within the time required for closing. Pre-application for membership may be requested. Email admin@lmch.com for forms and details. 1.8.3 Offers Tendered in Sealed Envelope: All offers are to be tendered in a sealed envelope with only the word OFFER and the Block and Site number, only to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager, or the Administrative Director, who will note the date and time of receipt on the envelope. 1.8.4 Costs of Sale and Commissions: All normal closing costs apply, including LMCH published transfer fees and sale commissions. 1.8.5 Valid Offers All Cash: To be valid, an offer must be all cash. No terms are offered. Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, and Wire Transfers are acceptable tenders (No in-cash tender of funds).
