Beautiful well-maintained all-season camp on an extra-large lot, located in a peaceful area with plenty of privacy.  Enjoy the large sunroom (approx. 12 X 17) adorned with wood floors a gas fireplace and plenty of natural lighting.  Eat breakfast on the covered deck (approx. 14 x 17) while watching the deer meander through the property or while watching the kids play on the swing set in the backyard.  Or open the movie screen and portable video projector, both included and enjoy movie night on the deck while sitting around the gas fireplace.  This camp has the feel of a mountain cottage with room for the entire family.

Along with the gorgeous sunroom and deck, there is a full kitchen with a gas stove and oven and a second gas fireplace to keep the camp warm and cozy during the cooler months. There is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with large closets, and sleeping for four (all mattresses are two years old and have covers).  There are also three large pantry closets and a combination washer and dryer in the kitchen.  This camp is ready to enjoy and is truly a home away from home.

Many recent upgrades were done including a new hot water tank, new flooring in the kitchen, and new floorboards on the deck.  Along with the parking in front, there is room for an additional three vehicles in the back and/or room for a boat, jet ski, or other toy parking.  Along with the large fire pit and swing set, there is also a large 8 ft. X 8 ft. shed in the back (full of tools) and a courtesy site directly across from the camp.  Other items that come with the camp include all of the furniture, a large screen TV, a portable generator for emergencies, an air compressor (for winterizing lines), a lawn mower, a weed whacker, yard tools, and your own golf clubs and golf balls to take down to the mini golf course.  There is satellite internet provided by HughesNet (if you choose to keep service with them).  Additionally, there are about 200 DVDs and an X-box with approximately 80 games and two controllers that will also stay with the camp.  This camp is truly a rare find and is priced extremely well.
